Cosaan

Villa Cosaan was conceived in Ziguinchor with the objective of transforming a private residence into a place capable of representing identity, roots, and an important personal journey. The project takes shape as the expression of a story of growth, commitment, and success, reinterpreting existing spaces through a contemporary language based on fluid volumes, refined materials, and a continuous relationship between the architecture and the tropical landscape. The main spaces have been designed as open and connected environments, where the living room, kitchen, swimming pool, and lounge areas interact within a single living experience.

The villa was designed around the idea of experience and conviviality. A cinema room, billiard area, master suite, and spaces dedicated to relaxation build a living journey made of light, atmosphere, and details. Every design choice stems from the desire to create a unique home: not just a residence, but a symbolic place capable of recounting a return to one’s origins and a personal vision of the future.
