The Zayna Residence
Villa Zayna is a contemporary tropical residence designed around the dialogue between architecture, light, and landscape. Suspended white volumes, dark textured surfaces, large glazed surfaces, and tropical vegetation define a minimalist yet sophisticated language, where indoor and outdoor continuously merge. The living spaces open onto the pool, gardens, and lounge areas through full-height transparent surfaces, transforming water, natural light, and greenery into architectural elements. The sculptural steel and glass staircase, located in the double-height entrance hall, becomes the visual heart of the villa, guiding the relationship between solids, voids, and transparencies.
The interiors combine polished Verde Alpi marble, natural woods, lacquered surfaces, and integrated lighting to create an elegant and relaxed atmosphere inspired by contemporary tropical villas. The master suite overlooking the pool, the roof garden, and the tropical landscape complete a residence conceived as an immersive experience, where architecture, nature, and well-being coexist in perfect balance.
